Shawnell Jones is a Certified Life Coach and founder of Freedom Life Coaching based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Her work was born out of her own journey—walking through seasons of feeling stuck in cycles, pressure, and internal struggle while learning how to rebuild from the inside out.
Those personal experiences became the foundation for her calling: helping others break cycles, renew their mindset, and step into clarity, identity, and lasting change.
Through Freedom Life Coaching, Shawnell works with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to do the inner work, heal at the root, and move forward into a more aligned and intentional life.
